Well, let's start with this one:

It would be greatly appreciated if we would have the possibility to change the design and layout of our profile page. Like YouTube, but more esthetically pleasing of course :)

Appreciate your bringing the "bug" in our Bug Report page to light. We've passed that along to our programmers.

At VideoPro's we're looking to create a uniform "look and feel" to our user interface. And not that we won't look into developing some customization down the line--right now our focus is on making it easy for people to search you and your content.

Your feedback is paramount in making VideoPro's the best site possible. Therefore, I'd like to know what customizable features would you like to see?

Correction: I did get the message that my initial bug report came through. So I guess when the code input failed, it was because I tried to send for the second time.

Only thing to fix is then to show more clearly that the bug report is submitted ;)
