When you use an ftp client to upload videos over 50Mb in size to VideoPros, please remember that this is a "watch folder." The VideoPros encoder will not be able to find videos if you make and place these files inside any subfolders in your ftp uploading spot.
Sorting and managing your videos can be done once the encoder has placed your new files in your "My Videos" folder in VideoPros.
