First click on the project and select the "Overview" tab, which will open up a more detailed listing of all the videos within this project. This is the Overview tab with the "Change Thumbnail" link.

The thumbnail manager has a mini video player. During the initial transcoding process, VideoPros will randomly select several thumbnail selections in the area below the "Create Thumbnail" button. If these still images are not what you want, simply play the video and click the "Creat Thumbnail" button on the frame you wish to be the new thumbnail. This new selection will populate into the bottom thumbnail tray. Select your new thumbnail and press the "Set Default" button on the far right (currently grayed out). The thumbnail grabber can capture new stills while the video is paused and can also grab new images "on the fly." See below:
